This spacious home with three bedrooms features a broad facade with a beautiful entrance. Model Diny 1 has such a layout that the bedrooms are close to each other and that there is a lot of space for the living room with open kitchen that smoothly connects to the covered terrace through sliding doors and a high window. All models in Modanza are built with high-quality synthetic window frames with insulating double glazing, which constitutes considerable savings when cooling the home. The spacious villa Diny 2 features, in addition to all the things mentioned in Diny 1, a larger living room and a terrace covering the entire width of the home. It is the largest home we offer and cannot be built on every lot. In the list you find under the heading “lots” you can see on which parcels of land this model can be built. It is worth mentioning that just as in any other model, a lot of attention will be paid to the finishing and the selection of materials used. For instance, the requirements of the spoilt occupant with regard to pleasurable living conditions have been taken into account: sufficient connections for lights, automatic outside lighting working on a photocell, and entirely prepared hot water pipe system.

Upon request, additional connections for flat-screen TVs can be installed in one or more rooms of your future house. In short: a wonderful home!

The outline of the home Willem 1 can be found in all models. We have always tried to find a balance between life indoors and outdoors. The living room smoothly connects to the oversized terrace, called a porch in Aruba. This makes living outdoors even more pleasant. There are three spacious bedrooms, one of which with a walk-in closet and a large luxury bathroom. Quality of the materials used, durability, and user-friendliness go hand in hand with style and comfort here. For instance, take the beautiful synthetic window frames with insulating double glazing, the floors entirely tiled and with plinths, and the whispering split unit air conditioning with remote control in all bedrooms. The guest toilet, the nice entrance, and the storeroom combined with the above create a very attractive model in our package.

Same as Willem 1, but we moved the storeroom to the back of the house and rearranged the place of the kitchen completely to the front facade.
Doing this we created a much more spacious living room. As a option you can enlarge sleeping room # 2.
Doing so sleeping room #3 will be a little bit smaller but by moving this wall you create here your own office or a hobby room.

A striking feature of this type of house is the enormous terrace under the roof. A high glass wall and a sliding door give a view of and access to this terrace. Model Daniëlle with 123 m² is a mid-size home. It offers pleasurable living conditions with its spacious master bedroom and the smaller second bedroom, both with a very luxurious bathroom. The third space is meant as office, hobby room, nursery or study. The hall gives access to the storeroom, the guest toilet, and the extra spacious living room. The modern open Alno® kitchen can be selected in several types, but the standard one already has the luxury desired. You can access the terrace through two sliding doors: from the living room and from the master bedroom. This home also contains many European materials.
